Rotary Lottery raffle ticket in-person sale will take place on weekends around Langley – Aldergrove Star

Volunteers from the four Langley Rotary clubs are now able to sell tickets for the Langley Rotary 50/50 MEGA raffle in person at various locations around Langley.

In-person sales will take place every weekend until the winner is announced on August 18 at noon.

Jennifer Roy, president of Rotary, has confirmed that Fraser Health has given the green light to clubs’ request for in-person ticket sales – provided all COVID-19 safety guidelines are followed.

“All of our volunteers will diligently disinfect, do checkups and maintain social distancing,” Roy explained. “In addition, our volunteers will not allow anyone to congregate at our ticket tables. And needless to say, masks are a must. “
