Lonestar Cell MTN Rewards Sweepstakes Winners

Lonestar Cell MTN, through its Mobile Money “MoMo Waysay-Wasa” Version 2 mega promotional initiative, has given away over $5,000 in cash prizes and merchandise to its lucky Mobile Money subscribers and agents.

The prizes were awarded in a raffle, the second of its kind since the launch of the program. It was conducted at the Lonestar Cell MTN branch in Redlight, Paynesville, in the presence of representatives of the National Lottery Authority (NLA).

Bobby S. Lekpyee, Director of Operations, Lonestar Cell MTN Mobile Money, told the gathering that it was a great day for the company’s customers and agents to walk away with cash prizes or items.

“That’s what Lonestar Cell MTN MoMo Waysaywasa is. Anything you earn from Lonestar MTN MoMo Waysaywasa 2, you don’t have to pay anything for it,” he said. “When you earn from MoMo Waysaywasa, we will call you on 0886500000″.

In a brief remark, NLA Monitor Odicious B. Massaquoi said the MoMo Waysaywasa campaign is so interesting that people keep smiling. He noted that the MoMo Waysaywasa is not a trick and warned people to respond when called.

“Please, when selected, answer your calls. Lonestar MTN does not want any money from you, the only thing of value you bring is your ID to collect your prize,” he said.

In the raffle, 60 customers won cash prizes of $50 each. It included 10 customers from each of the six selected counties, including Montserrado, Bomi, Grand Gedeh, Cape Mount, Maryland and Lofa counties, for a total of $3,000.

Additionally, two Montserrado County customers each won a 43-inch smart TV. Additionally, five agents from Montserrado County won $200 each, while five agents from Nimba County also won $200 each, for a total of $2,000.

Customers and agents who won were immediately called by the Lonestar Cell MTN MoMo Waysaywasa campaign team. Some who live in Paynesville and adjoining parts drove to the Lonestar Cell MTN office in Red Light in their jubilant mood to collect their prizes.

Outland Community Paynesville resident Monica Gray ($50), Red Light resident Mary Toe ($50) and Police Academy Eric Paye ($50).

Paynesville’s Teewon Dahn was among two winners of the Hisense 43-inch TV and received his award during the program. Customers and agents after receiving their awards, in separate remarks, expressed their gratitude to Lonestar Cell MTN for the program.

Lucky MoMo users said their selection was a shock and they were happy with the prizes.
